Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Donation Attendant for Store #31 Burleson, TX. The role involves accepting donations, issuing receipts, sorting items, and moving donations using carts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, maintaining donation areas, and assisting with store cleaning. The schedule requires open availability; the store operates 8 AM–7 PM, seven days a week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience interacting with the public or in a team setting.
• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience dealing with the public.
• Ability to meet production quotas.
• Proficient in basic math and able to read and write.
• Operate tablets, receipt printer and basic computerized equipment.
• Able to use pushcarts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, barrels and boxes.
• Clear communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods and provide receipts.
• Sort donations according to guidelines and track physical goods.
• Move and transport items using material handling equipment.
• Keep interior and exterior donation areas clean and organized.
• Load and unload company trucks and trailers.
• Assist with general store cleaning and upkeep.
• Schedule flexibility as the store operates 7 days a week (8 AM–7 PM).
