Job summary

Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies is seeking a Team Member to help meet daily store goals by processing donated goods and running the cash register. You will assist customers and follow company standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling receipts, processing returns, maintaining inventory, loading and unloading donations, and keeping the store clean and safe. You may operate a pallet jack and clock in via UKG, with flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and donors, providing information and receipts.
• Assisting customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Processing donations and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe store environment and proper cash handling.
• Operating a pallet jack when applicable and adhering to safety rules.
• Using UKG for clocking in/out and timesheet submission.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and longer shifts.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Meet store daily goals by processing donated goods and running the cash register.
• Assist customers and donors and provide accurate information.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper receipts and returns processing.
• Keep interior and exterior areas clean and safe.
• Maintain accurate cash register procedures and transactions.
• Assist with loading/unloading donated goods as needed.
• Prepare bins for shipment and sanitize items per state requirements.
• Operate a pallet jack when applicable and follow safety protocols.
• Utilize UKG for timekeeping and attendance tracking.
• Support with other duties as assigned.
