Qualifications

• Must have good eyesight and color definition.

• Ability to quickly assess goods and determine routing.
• Functional reading and writing skills.
• Ability to use hand truck.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Presort donations into textiles, hardline goods, and trash.
• Move materials between workstations and assist donors with unloading.
• Maintain donation records daily.
• Pack seasonal items and label containers.
• Assist with store shipment paperwork and keep areas clean.
• Meet production goals and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate donation policies professionally with customers.
• Maintain a professional image when interacting with the public.
• Support safety programs and wear required safety equipment.
• Perform other related assignments as needed.
