Pay Range

This range is provided by Goodwill Southeast Georgia. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $13.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction, greet donors courteously, assist with unloading donations, and maintain accurate donation counts.
2. Donation Processing: Categorize donations, process hard goods promptly, and ensure all donations are processed within 24 hours.
3. Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, operate the compactor, and adhere to safety policies.
4. Team Support & Additional Duties: Provide excellent service, meet store goals, participate in activities, and attend training.
5. Mission Contribution: Support the organizational mission through your tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to assess donated goods and determine routing.
• Functional reading and writing skills.
• Good eyesight and color vision.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Physical ability for standing, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors/in various weather conditions.
