Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor at the Tilghman Store in Allentown, PA. The role focuses on processing donations, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include moving products to the sales floor, organizing the floor, and supporting ecommerce item selection. Requires 18+ years old and flexibility to work evenings/weekends in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to the demands of the position and to ensure full availability for all required work shifts including flexible scheduling across all store operating hours.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet preset production and sales goals for the store.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items, including sorting, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor to meet preset production and sales goals for the store.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards as set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Assist in any other assignments designated by management.
