Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado at the Lake Arbor Store is seeking a Donation Services Associate to greet donors and provide friendly customer service. Availability to work 10 am to 6:30 pm and weekends is required, with a full-time schedule.

The Associate I will help unload donations, sort items, and ensure they are handled safely and placed in the correct areas. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with lifting and standing for long periods, while upholding Goodwill standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet donors promptly.
• Assist unloading donations from vehicles and place in proper areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins and production areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean donation entrance and surrounding area.
