Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Golden, CO is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers and help with donations at our Golden Store or Evergreen Donation Center. This role involves outdoor work in all weather, friendly service, and lifting donations as needed.

Donation hours are 8:00–8:30 Monday through Saturday and 9:00–7:00 Sunday at stores; donation centers operate 9:00–17:00 daily. Evening/weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to greet customers promptly.
• Ability to follow Goodwill standards and guidelines in all tasks.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with donations efficiently and courteously.
• Unload and sort donated items, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment at donation entrances and remote sites.
