Job summary

The Associate I, Donation Services at Goodwill of Colorado is the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers or stand-alone donation centers. You will provide friendly customer service, greet customers, and assist with unloading donations from vehicles.

This full-time, on-site position requires availability to work evenings and weekends. Daily Pay is available, and Goodwill offers comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent and friendly customer service.
• Able to greet customers and assist with donations.
• English reading/writing/communication required.
• Ability to lift heavy items and use safety equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product questions as needed.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donations into bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and determine appropriate placement.
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean donation areas.
• Support remote donation centers and operate trailers.
