Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont seeks a team member to greet donors, assist with donations, and process receipts. You will sort and price merchandise, move items to the floor, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a busy store setting.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role involves lifting and outdoor work at times, with opportunities for annual raises and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements
