Responsibilities

• Presort donations into textiles, hardline goods, and trash.
• Move materials between workstations as needed.
• Receive donated goods and assist unloaders; provide receipts.
• Maintain daily donation records.
• Pack seasonal items and label containers.
• Support store shipment preparation and related paperwork.
• Keep workstation and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Grade textiles and hardlines to standards.
• Meet production goals and safety procedures.
• Communicate donation policies professionally.
• Present a professional image to the public.
• Follow safety equipment requirements.
• Support agency safety program.
