Job summary

Eco Prime Thrift Wilmington, DE #194 - KIRK is seeking a Production Associate to support donation processing and retail operations. You will greet donors, sort and prepare items for sale, and help meet daily production goals while keeping a clean, organized workplace.

Responsibilities include tagging merchandise, transferring stock to the floor, and following safety rules with proper PPE. Prior retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Greeting donors and providing receipts.
• Sorting donated items by guidelines.
• Preparing merchandise for sale and tagging.
• Standing/walking for extended periods in a warehouse/store setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet donors and provide donation receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of acceptable and non-acceptable items.
• Sort items into designated containers following guidelines.
• Grade, hang, price, and tag merchandise for sale.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Transfer stock to the sales floor to maintain shelves.
