Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Production Associate in Missoula, Montana. The role involves processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, and assisting guests and donors. You will be expected to meet daily production goals and assist in all aspects of production.

The ideal candidate will be physically able to perform tasks requiring stamina, and work well with diverse individuals. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) with an employer match.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.

• Perform duties according to established Best Practices of ESGW.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Process donations and prepare merchandise for sale.
