The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking a Part-Time Donation Center Associate to support donation processing, customer service, and warehouse operations at the St. Joseph location. This role includes greeting donors, handling donations, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Training is provided, with opportunities to develop customer service, retail, and warehouse skills in a mission-driven environment. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Assist donors with unloading and accepting donations.
• Process and track donated items according to Salvation Army standards.
• Inspect donations and identify acceptable materials.
• Safeguard all donated goods and equipment.
• Educate donors on donation guidelines and services.
• Sort, categorize, and process donated merchandise according to Salvation Army standards.
• Power sort donations as received where applicable.
• Support production goals and processing standards.
• Load and unload Salvation Army trucks per center policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized donation area.
