Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 75 lbs.
• Experience with furniture handling and loading preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in picking up donations from various locations.
• Load and secure heavy furniture and multiple boxes onto the trailer.
• Provide tax‑deductible donation forms to donors and ensure positive interaction.
• Unload donations at the store and assist with sorting and staging.
• Move and arrange furniture within the store as directed.
• Help customers load purchased furniture into their vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading/unloading areas.
• Assist as needed throughout the store, including the store donation drop‑off area.
