Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a dependable Donation Pick Up Associate to support our ReStore donation pick-up team. You will collect donated furniture, appliances, and building materials that fund affordable housing programs across Los Angeles County.

This outdoor, hands-on role involves loading donations, communicating with donors, ensuring safe transport, and helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in moving, loading, unloading heavy items or warehouse work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Contact donors before pickups to confirm appointments and arrive on time.
• Greet donors professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Verify donated items on arrival and update dispatch or management as needed.
• Accurately complete donation receipts and documentation.
• Assist with loading donations into the warehouse and organizing merchandise.
