Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Donation Pickup & Delivery Driver for local routes.

This full-time role drives the truck for pickups and deliveries, adheres to scheduled routes, and represents the organization with donors while maintaining safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years of licensed driving, and solid English communication.

Responsibilities

• Transport donations to and from destinations following scheduled routes.
• Drive Salvation Army truck for pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure safe handling and security of goods; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain equipment and comply with DOT/OSHA regulations.
• Train and certify new production assistants as needed.
• Handle loading/unloading of goods and use PPE.
