Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a Donation Processing Associate to support donation intake, sorting, and merchandising at our Willingboro location. You will greet donors, follow safety procedures, wear PPE, keep areas clean, and provide a positive customer experience.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, assist with loading furniture, label outgoing shipments, and help with waiver signatures, sale signs, and general store duties while maintaining regular

Qualifications

Customer service skills to meet donor needs and resolve issues.
Strong safety awareness to identify hazards and follow procedures.
Reliable and punctual with regular attendance.
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Greet donors and provide positive donor experience.
Label outgoing shipments and maintain organized production areas.
Operate pallet jack and forklift safely and conduct daily equipment checks.
Assist with loading furniture and assisting customers with loading.
