Job summary

Goodwill-Industries in Rochester, IN is seeking a team member to efficiently receive, sort, price, tag, and stock donated items. You'll help move donations from the drive-thru to the sales floor, maintain orderly stockrooms, and assist customers with a friendly, service-focused approach.

You will work with the store team to uphold Kaizen standards, learn donation policies, operate the POS accurately, handle cash, and balance end-of-day cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide service and address inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Track and inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report discrepancies to management.
• Process customer purchases using the POS; handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain organized stockroom and back-end inventory for easy access.
• Support store operations and Kaizen improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
