Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring a flexible Donation Attendant to greet donors, unload donations, and provide receipts. You’ll work indoors and outdoors, with emphasis on safety and helping the team.

No experience required—we provide training. This is a full-time role with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for annual raises and bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
