Goodwill is hiring at our North Carolina location with a starting pay of $15/hour, plus annual raises and bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement (Full Time Only).

This role involves greeting donors, unloading donations, pricing merchandise, and helping on the sales floor. No experience is required as training is provided; we value friendly, dependable team players who work well in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
