Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking store team members to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and price merchandise on the sales floor. You’ll help keep areas clean, move items to the floor, and assist with donation trailers, with indoor and outdoor duties in all weather.

Starting at $15/hour with annual raises and bonuses; no experience required as training is provided. This mission-driven role offers team discounts, career development, and benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Follow safety procedures and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout the shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
