Job summary

Land-of-Lincoln-Goodwill-Industrie, Springfield store, is hiring a Retail Associate to be the face of our mission in the community. You will handle donated goods, assist donors, process transactions, stock and merchandize, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role requires reliability, basic math, and a customer-focused approach. This full-time, on-site position reports to the General Manager and offers opportunities to contribute to meaningful community work while meeting daily sales

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to follow LL GI policies and procedures.
• Must be consistently at work and on time for scheduled days.
• Demonstrates commitment to LLGI mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and donors.
• Performs all register transactions accurately.
• Maintain cash register stock level according to standards.
• Follow general housekeeping standards to keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist in pricing and merchandising donated items per SOP.
• Ensure donations are processed and recorded properly.
