Land of Lincoln Goodwill Industries (LLGI) seeks a Retail Associate to be the face of our mission in the retail environment. You will work with donations, price and stock merchandise, and perform cashier transactions with integrity and a positive attitude.

You will follow SOPs, maintain cleanliness, assist with unloading donations, and help meet sales goals while delivering respectful service to donors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and donors
• Process transactions at the register
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising

• Assist in loading/unloading donations
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping
• Complete daily donation records
• Follow SOPs for sorting and staging
• Operate equipment used in donations processing
