Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting. You will assist in unloading donations, sort items by category, and maintain clean donation areas. This entry-level role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide top-notch service to donors.
• Assist in unloading vehicles of donations.
• Sort donations into proper containers by categories.
• Clean donation areas inside and out.
• Strive to meet daily goals.
• Perform duties according to ESGW Best Practices.
• Assist in all aspects of operations as directed.
