Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, assist in unloading donations, and sort items by category in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, strong service, and adherence to ESGW Best Practices while supporting all operations. Must be able to stand, lift 20–100 pounds, and work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to move 20-100 pounds by lifting or team lifting.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Must be able to move independently within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch service.
• Assist in unloading vehicles and sort donations into proper containers.
• Keep donation areas clean and meet daily goals.
• Assist in all aspects of operations as directed.
