The Donation Door Attendant greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch service. Responsibilities include unloading donations, sorting donations into proper categories, cleaning donation areas, and meeting daily goals. Must assist in all aspects of operations as directed, following ESGW Best Practices.

Requirements

• Standing, stooping, bending, and carrying throughout the shift (excluding breaks).
• Using hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Moving 20-100 pounds via lifting, team lifting, or mechanical assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme temperature and humidity changes.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodations.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing all job duties.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of a background check required; criminal convictions do not automatically disqualify.
