Job Description

The Donation Door Attendant greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch service. Responsibilities include unloading donations, sorting donations into proper categories, cleaning donation areas, and meeting daily goals. Must assist in all operational duties as directed, following ESGW’s Best Practices.

Requirements

• Stand, stoop, bend, and carry throughout the shift (excluding breaks).
• Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Lift, team lift, or use mechanical aid to move 20-100 pounds.
• Tolerance to temperature and humidity changes.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing all job duties.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check; criminal convictions do not automatically disqualify.
