Goodwill Industries of Kansas, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Donation Attendant to support dock operations in Wichita, KS.

The role involves unloading and loading merchandise, sorting donations, and ensuring efficient store deliveries within a Mission-driven retail environment. You will work under the Store Manager, adhering to safety policies and providing excellent donor and customer service while contributing to Goodwill's mission of transforming lives through education and employment

Qualifications

• Experience handling donations and warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures in a dock setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the donation door in a professional manner.
• Load material for store deliveries and sort donations for storage.
• Move materials in/out of the warehouse and operate the trash compactor.
• Maintain a clean dock area and comply with safety standards.
