The position emphasizes professional donation door etiquette, proper sorting of donations, and safe handling of materials for store deliveries while maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge related to donations and merchandise.
• Excellent oral communication and customer service skills.
• Strong ethics, integrity and trust in handling donations and payments.
• Ability to assess clothing and items for sale and display.
• Ability to assist customers and provide service with a positive attitude.
• Basic math for handling cash and inventory counts.
• Able to read and understand basic store policies and signage.
• Clear writing skills for reports and note-taking.
• Commitment to safety and security in warehouse and sales areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet donations at the door professionally and within 10 seconds.
• Sort donations for in-house storage and prepare for store deliveries.
• Load materials for store deliveries and assist in transportation.
• Move materials in or out of the warehouse as required.
• Move trash to the compactor and maintain cleanliness of dock area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dock area at the end of the workday.
