Job summary

Haven Hospice is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage donation intake and operate company vehicles for pickups. This role emphasizes organization, safety, and customer service as part of a busy retail-recycling operation.

You will be responsible for preparing items for sale, coordinating with the Warehouse Coordinator, and ensuring a clean, efficient donation area with timely vehicle inspections and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse stock or thrift/consignment.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Must be a self-starter with strong organization.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and provide tax receipts courteously.
• Maintain company vehicles and report maintenance issues.
• Inspect items for quality before transport or processing.
• Keep donation intake area safe, organized, and stocked.
• Move large items to sales floor and manage holding areas.
• Assist with routing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
