Responsibilities

• Assist customers with donating, locating, and selecting store items and keep displays neat and orderly.
• Explain store policy and respond to pricing/purchasing questions to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Assist donors by guiding to loading/unloading areas and providing tax receipts as needed.
• Arrange items on shelves, rotate stock, and maintain displays in a neat, orderly manner.
• Answer store phone politely and provide directions or general information; may schedule donation pickups.
• Clean display racks, shelves, floors, windows, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform other related tasks as required and assist with donation pickup coordination as needed.
