The Donation Coordinator (DC) is responsible for maximizing eye and tissue donation while ensuring optimal outcomes for processors, donor families, hospital partners, internal customers, and other stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include approaching families over the phone regarding tissue donation while providing optimal customer service and complying with all regulatory requirements.
Three 12-hour night shifts Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday 6pm-6am
Training schedule would be Monday- Friday regular business hours for 6-8 weeks
