Responsibilities

• Sort incoming donations by category (clothing, housewares, electronics, books, toys, furniture).
• Inspect items for condition and grade according to ARC standards.
• Price and label items; tag high-value items for supervisor review.
• Meet daily sorting and pricing goals; keep station clean and stocked.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment as required.
