Job summary

The Salvation Army in Jurupa Valley, CA is hiring for an on-site Warehouse Supervisor. Lead daily floor operations, supervise a team, ensure quality and inventory integrity, enforce safety, and manage end-of-shift reporting to the Distribution Center Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year of lead/supervisor experience in a warehouse setting, and basic Excel skills. State-of-the-art logistics processes help support the ARC program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid drivers license, able to pass MVR report.
• Must pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• One or more years of lead or supervisor experience in a warehouse, production, retail, or distribution environment
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Daily Floor Operations: Run daily production to the schedule; assign associates to stations.
• Team Supervision: Lead start-of-shift huddles; train and coach associates.
• Quality & Inventory: Spot check grading, labeling, staging, and storage.
• Safety: Enforce OSHA standards and safety policies; report incidents.
• Daily Reporting: Track production numbers, labor hours, and salvage totals; report to DC Manager.
