Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Team Member to help meet store goals by processing donated goods and operating the cash register. You will assist customers and donors while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling receipts and returns, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, and leveraging UKG scheduling. This role may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and physical activity such as lifting up to 50

Responsabilidades

• Greet and thank customers and donors and build rapport
• Assist customers with questions and purchasing
• Process donations and issue receipts
• Maintain accurate cash register procedures
• Keep store and exterior areas clean and safe
• Manage inventory levels and returns
• Assist with loading/unloading donated goods
• Operate pallet jack when applicable
• Record hours and schedule using UKG systems
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
