Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to support customer service, cash handling, and donation processing at our Somerset store. The role involves greeting customers, assisting donors, and ensuring merchandise is neatly presented on the sales floor.

Candidates should be friendly, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers up to 28 hours per week and requires the ability to complete required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and help customers in any area of the store.
• Assist customers and donors by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor.
• Use a cash register to total sales, accept payments, and give correct change.
• Accept and prepare donations for the sales floor, including hanging items, stocking shelves, and hanging clothes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly store environment with general housekeeping and merchandise straightening.
