Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers at donation station and issue receipts.
• Load, unload and move donated goods with a hand truck onto or from pallets, racks or shelves.
• Restock supplies by assisting at stations and identifying needs.
• Sort and price donated items and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
