The role reports to the Donation Center Manager and supports daily facility operations. Qualifications include basic knowledge of items and pricing, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of current clothing, shoe styles, furniture, toys, wares, brand names, materials, and pricing.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple math calculations.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make quick and accurate judgments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors at the Donation Drive-Thru, unloading donations and placing them in the staging area.
• Sort, size, hang, and price items before moving to designated staging areas.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety protocols.
• Open and close the facility following standard operating procedures.
• Manage supply orders and request trucks as needed to support operations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks to facilitate merchandise movement.
• Keep the donation center clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
