Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and maintain a fast-paced, respectful environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, daily goal attainment, and adherence to ESGW Best Practices.

Candidates should be able to stand, bend, lift 20–100 pounds, tolerate temperature changes, and work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles of donations.
• Sort donations into proper containers by categories.
• Clean the donation areas, both inside and out.
• Strive to meet daily goals and follow ESGW Best Practices.
• Assist in all aspects of operations as directed.
