Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors in a fast-paced setting, provide excellent service, and assist in unloading donations. You will sort donations by category, keep donation areas clean, and work to meet daily goals in a dynamic environment.

The role requires standing, bending, lifting 20-100 pounds, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires ability to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Background check required; PSLF not applicable to this role.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assists in unloading vehicles of donations.
• Sorts donations into proper containers by category.
• Cleans the donation areas, inside and out.
• Strives to meet daily goals and supports operations as directed.
