Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids is hiring a Donation and Backroom Attendant. The role involves greeting donors, assisting with donations, loading/unloading trucks, and sorting donations.

You will safely operate backroom equipment and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Due to the equipment used in this role, our insurance carrier requires applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet donors with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Assist donors with donations.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Accurately sort donations.
• Safely operate backroom equipment (e.g., double stacker, pallet jack).
• Ability to think and plan in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to regularly lift and or move 25-50 pounds.
