Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education: High School Diploma or currently pursuing.
2. Skills/Abilities:
   • Ability to speak, write, and understand English sufficiently for effective communication with leadership and field personnel.
   • Basic computer skills, including the use of payroll programs and the ability to learn other systems adopted by the TSA ARC.
   • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
   • Ability to solve problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
   • Basic math skills.
   • Must pass pre-employment drug and background tests.

Travel: Occasional travel for training or to other stores.

Working Conditions:

The environment is a store setting with quiet to moderate noise levels, possible dust, temperature fluctuations, outdoor exposure, and extended standing. Full-time/Part-time; includes weekend and evening hours.
