Job Description

The Runner-Busser is responsible for transporting, stocking, and cleaning products to meet business and customer needs. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Stock and maintain appropriate levels of product.
2. Deliver products and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the appearance of workstations and guest service areas.
4. Assist servers, bartenders, and other staff with customer service as needed.
5. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers. Be adaptable to customer needs.
6. Follow safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Secure company assets.
8. Develop new skills and complete assigned tasks to positively impact employees and customers. Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without notice.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks quickly.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Constant standing and walking required.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
