The Salvation Army Southern California is hiring a Donation Attendant to support Operations at our donation trailer/pod sites. You will be responsible for maintaining the area, assisting donors, and ensuring compliance with dress code and safety procedures.

This full-time role requires good communication, ability to read and follow instructions, and flexible scheduling. You will help load donations, keep reports, and secure the donation area at the end of shifts, contributing to smooth donation

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and donors.
• Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and clean the donation area at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Appear neatly dressed in clothing per dress code policy.
• Courteously assist donors in receiving donated items and provide receipts.
• Maintain all reports and paperwork as instructed by Supervisor.
• Sort donated material into proper containers and stack as instructed.
• Assist with loading donations onto trucks as necessary.
• Inform supervisor of needed items before running out.
• Secure and lock Donation trailer/pod at end of shift.
• Have flexible availability for scheduling purposes.
