Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination of education and work experience considered.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications required.
• The associate must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.
• Greet donors and assist them unloading donations without damaging vehicles.
• Accurately presort donations by category and label accordingly.
• Safely load trailers with donations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Report known or suspected security or theft issues immediately.
• Follow department policies and procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor about donation-area and customer issues.
• Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards to project a positive image.
• Exercise sound judgment in interactions with customers and Goodwill.
