Rate of Pay: $16.50 per hour

Position Overview: As a Donation Attendant, you will help promote a positive donor experience, assist with donation processing, and support the team in maintaining the donation area. Your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting donors, managing reports, sorting donations, and supporting loading operations.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Must pass background checks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs
• Repetitive motion tasks

Schedule: Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Store operates 7 days a week.
