Job summary

The Donated Goods Associate at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas supports store operations by processing donations, pricing, stocking, and selling items. You will rotate through donor door, processing, merchandising, and cashier duties to meet daily goals while delivering an Amazing Customer Experience (ACE).

The role requires the ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and cooperate with team members to ensure clean, organized floors and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Process sales transactions at the register.
• Receive, sort, and assess donated goods.
• Hang, tag, price, and stock merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and donation area.
• Flex between cashier, production, and sales floor duties as needed.
• Complete required training within 30 days.
