Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is hiring in Pittsburg, CA for a store team member who will lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. You will help manage donated merchandise to prepare for sale and support store operations.

Responsibilities include receiving, pricing, tagging, stocking and maintaining a safe, clean sales floor. The role requires being able to lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment while upholding Goodwill’s core values of Trust,

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English proficiently.
• Minimum age 18, able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and tagging, and prepares items for sale.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and work station following standards.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance and adheres to safety rules and procedures.
• Safeguards company property and reports any incidents of theft or hazardous materials.
• Supports fast-paced retail operations and customer service in assigned department.
