Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale at GCNA locations, price and ticket items, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor.

Responsibilities include attendance, safety, and adherence to company values. The role requires physical work, the ability to lift and move objects, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Speak and read English proficiently.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguard company property and report any incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Keep sales floor and workstation clean following standards.
• Stock merchandise in assigned areas.
• Follow safety rules and use proper equipment; report hazards.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
