Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support the Donated Goods Retail team. You will sort, price, tag, hang, and stock donations, helping maintain a clean and organized sales floor while meeting production goals.

This entry-level role requires reliability, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will collaborate with teammates to deliver friendly customer service and ensure safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in an open warehouse with varying temperatures.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donations, price, tag and stock items.
• Rotate and replenish sales floor to meet production goals.
• Assist Ecommerce as needed and maintain quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team and report progress to supervisor.
• Provide friendly customer service to donors and staff.
